SPRING 2023 : ASHTON RANCH & KINGSWOOD CEREMONY SCHEDULE

 Hello Parents and Students!

Below is the schedule for the Awards Ceremony for each location. Please note the time change for Kingswood.

Please check your email for the class time your child is in, or go to our Private Facebook Page (see link below). I have tried to keep siblings in the same time slot, however, if they are not please let me know which time slot would work best for you and your family. Also, if the time slot your child is in does not work for you and your family, please let me know, and I will be more than happy to move your child. Due to space limitations at Ashton Ranch please try to keep the Spectators to immediate family only, if possible.

WE WILL HAVE SPARRING CLASS ON SATURDAY, MAY 13, 2023

ASHTON RANCH : THURSDAY, MAY 18, 2023

• CLASS 1
• 5:45 PM - 6:30 PM : CLASS - NO SPECTATORS/NO PARENT HELPERS
• 6:30 PM - 7:00 PM : CEREMONY - PARENTS/GUARDIANS/FRIENDS WILL BE LET IN
• CLASS 2
• 7:15 PM - 8:00 PM : CLASS - NO SPECTATORS/NO PARENT HELPERS
• 8:00 PM - 8:30 PM : CEREMONY - PARENTS/GUARDIANS/FRIENDS WILL BE LET IN
• THERE WILL BE NO SPARRING ON AWARDS CEREMONY

KINGSWOOD : SATURDAY, MAY 20, 2023

• CLASS FOR ALL
• 10:15 AM - 11:00 AM - NO SPECTATORS/NO PARENT HELPERS
• CEREMONY FOR ALL
• 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM
